Dr. Jeremy Alvord, MD

Dr. Jeremy Alvord is a board-certified anesthesiologist and former Mayo Clinic faculty member who brings fellowship level expertise in regional anesthesia, ultrasound guided procedures, and regenerative medicine. His specialized training in musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound and orthobiologics allows him to provide precise, image guided treatments for patients experiencing injury and pain.
Dr. Alvord completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology and his medical degree at the University of Utah. He went on to complete his internship and anesthesiology residency at Mayo Clinic in Arizona, where he later served as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology.
With extensive experience in ultrasound guided procedures, Dr. Alvord has performed thousands of image guided injections throughout his anesthesia career. His approach combines advanced procedural expertise with a focus on helping patients pursue effective, minimally invasive options for recovery.
